Unit 1
U1:A1 - Change Wheel-Complete pgs. 1-5 from the graded assignments packet.
U1:A2 - Change Wheel Reflection - In word, write about how completing the change wheel effected you.
U1:L1 - Email Lab - Email two of your classmate and cc: me in on the e-mail. Introduce yourself, say what school of study your in, and discuss something about yourself. Then respond to two of your classmates as they respond back to you.
Unit 2
Quiz - Vocabulary Quiz -Use Google to complete the vocabulary quiz attached here.
U2:A2L1 - New Technology in My Field - Research new technology in the school of study you've chosen to major in. Write about a page describing the new technology and how it is changing the field. Set up the page in APA format. Your assignment grade will come from the content of the paper, while your lab grade will come from the proper set up of the page.

Unit 3
U2:A1 - Strengths and Challenges Letter - Complete the 2 communication self assessments in the virtual library. In a word document, write a few sentences describing the communicative strengths you bring to the class. Then write a few sentences describing the communicative challenges you may face, and how you might address these challenges. Set up the page in APA format.
U3:A1 - Multiple Intelligence - Complete the Multiple Intelligence quiz in your book (p.34). Then complete the corresponding assignment in the graded assignments packet. After completing the assignment, copy and paste it into a blank word document and e-mail it as an attachment.
U3:A2 - Personality Types - Complete the personality types quiz in your book (p. 36). Then complete the corresponding assignment in the graded assignments packet. After completing the assignment, copy and paste it into a blank word document and e-mail it as an attachment.
U3:A3L1 - Test Taking Skills and Peer Teaching Challenge - Choose a topic from the U3 assignment's list of topics in the GA packet, decide what the most important points are according to your text book, and prepare a power point presentation according to the requirements of the power point lab in the graded assignments packet.
Unit 4
Instructor will go through power points with class
U4:L1 - Self Portrait - In a word document, in APA format, describe yourself in detail. Discuss Personal strengths, weakness, goals, passions, careers, family, and anything else that makes you unique and special. There is no length requirement or restriction on this assignment.
Unit 5
U5:P1 - Team Development - We worked on team formation statements so you need to respond to the e-mails of your peers to get what assignment they need from you in order to receive their grade.
Unit 6
U7:P2 - Scope of Work - See graded assignments packet for details. Consult your team mates for what you need to do.

Unit 7
U6:A1L1 - Prioritizing Tasks and Time Zappers - Fit all of your tasks for the week in the appropriate box in this chart. Be sure to fill in every box as this will count as 2 grades. GS1145.U6.HO1.docx
U6:A2 - Personal Schedule and Reflection - In Excel, follow the directions given to you in the following document to create a 7 day personal schedule GS1145.U6.HO2.docx . Color code by life category (family time, work, school, ect.) and provide a key. A 24hr period for each day must be accounted for in your schedule, but you can use time blocks (ie. 10pm-7am-sleep). Finally, in word, write a reflection in which you discuss whether or not the schedule work for you, where you spend your time, how much tweaking you had to do during the week, and what you learned from following the schedule.
Unit 8
U8:A1 - Problem Quotation Presentations - On page 28 of your graded assignments packet there is a list of quotations about problems. Pick a quote then address the questions found on pg 27 about the quote. Put this information into a power point presentation and email it to me.
Unit 9
U9:A1 - Adding to My Self Knowledge -Complete 2 self assessments from the virtual library and take screen shots of the results. Then take ALL of your student surveys and take screen shots of that those results. Email the survey results to me and paste your Self Assessments into the U9 lab document.
U9:L1 - Self Portrait Revision - After complete a self assessment of your choice, copy and paste the results, as an addendum, to the bottom of your original Self Portrait and discuss what your have learned from evaluating your hard and soft skills and from completing the self assessments.

Unit 11
U11:A1 - Course Reflection - Write a brief review of the course. Include things like what you liked or disliked, what you learned, and things you would change or improve about the course.
U11:E1-portfolio - You must create a portfolio site and upload either the document or power point version of your group projects.
U11:E2 - You MUST complete both the individual class surveys as well as the quarterly evaluation survey. Please follow the directions in this link verbatim.
